服務範圍 Scope
本條款適用於客戶與「本公司嘅服務」嘅所有互動。「本公司嘅服務」包括:hohomehk.com 網站、本公司嘅 Facebook Pages(買傢俬 • 搵好傢俬 – hohomehk.com、好傢俬 Hohomehk.com)、Instagram (@hohomehk)、WhatsApp 客服渠道;以及本公司用作內部客戶服務自動化而註冊嘅 Meta 應用程式(Meta App: "hohomehk notice", App ID 659258596096197)。本公司嘅 Meta 應用程式僅用於將 Facebook / Instagram 上屬於本公司 Pages 嘅客戶訊息、留言中繼(relay)到內部 WhatsApp 客服群組,以便內部團隊統一回應,不向第三方用戶提供直接接入。
These Terms apply to all interactions between the customer and our Services, which include hohomehk.com, our Facebook Pages, Instagram account (@hohomehk), WhatsApp customer service channel, and our internal Meta App ("hohomehk notice", App ID 659258596096197) used strictly to relay FB / IG comments and DMs to our internal WhatsApp team. The Meta App is not exposed to third-party end users.
本條款由 Hohome Design Limited(好傢俬)(以下簡稱「本公司」)訂立,涵蓋所有訂造傢俬、室內設計、度尺、生產、送貨及安裝服務。客戶下單或支付訂金,即表示已閱讀、理解及同意本條款。
1. 訂單、訂金及付款 Order, Deposit and Payment
- 落單時客戶須支付 50% 訂金;支付訂金等同接受及確認本訂單條款。50% prepayment of deposit is equal to agreement of the terms and conditions herein.
- 尾款 50% 於送貨當日以現金或轉帳形式付清,緊接第二日為安裝日。Balance of 50% payable on delivery day; installation takes place the next day.
- 如有尾款未清付,本公司有權收回所有已送達嘅貨物。We reserve the right to forfeit all delivered items if any balance remains unpaid.
2. 退換貨政策 Returns and Refunds
- 由於本公司提供嘅係訂造傢俬,沒有二次銷售價值,貨物出門後一概不能退換。Ordered items are custom-made and have no resale value; no returns or refunds are accepted once delivered.
3. 客戶保護責任 Client Protection Responsibility
- 客戶有責任喺安裝前為單位內嘅地板、牆身、門框、結構、電器及其他貴重物件採取保護措施。Client is responsible for implementing protection measures for floor, walls, doors, structure and valuables prior to installation.
- 本公司有提供塑料亞通紙保護、清拆、清走包裝物料、牆身修補等增值服務,可喺訂單時加購。Add-on protection, dismantlement, waste removal and wall touch-up services are available as optional extras.
- 安裝完成後,所有衛生清潔工作由客戶自行負責(除非另行加購清潔服務)。Client is responsible for all cleaning after installation unless the cleaning add-on is purchased.
4. 運輸及安裝可能損傷 Shipment & Installation Tolerances
- 傢俬由內地運返香港途中,或喺安裝過程中,可能出現輕微撞花或凹陷。若要求完美無疵,請加購「傢俬美顏服務」。Minor scratches or dents may occur during transit or installation; for a flawless finish, please procure the Furniture Fixing add-on.
- 就算顏色編碼一樣,生產時每一批次嘅板材亦會有輕微色差。Slight colour variation may occur between production batches even for identical colour codes.
5. 清拆服務範圍 Dismantling Scope
- 清拆服務包拆不包執。「執」指修復因清拆而可能受損嘅結構,包括但不限於電力、油漆、泥水、瓷磚、水喉或其他相關結構。Dismantling service includes removal only and does not cover restoration or repair of affected structures (e.g. electrical, painting, plastering, tiling, plumbing).
- 喺清拆舊傢俬時,其相連物件(例如:牆身、天花、傢俬、電器)亦有機會受到破壞。如有損毀,本公司概不負責。Peripheral or connected objects may be damaged during dismantlement; the Company is not liable for such damages.
6. 保險 Insurance
- 本公司已為所有員工購買勞工保險。客戶如需第三者責任險或裝修保險,應自行安排,或喺訂單加購藍十字裝修寶(Blue-Cross DecorationSafe Insurance)。Employee compensation insurance is in place for all staff. Client is responsible for purchasing third-party liability or decoration insurance, which may be procured as an add-on through Blue-Cross DecorationSafe Insurance.
- 增值服務所列嘅裝修保險摘要僅供參考,最終條款以藍十字官方版本為準。Insurance summary shown in add-ons is abstract only; refer to the official Blue-Cross documentation for binding terms.
7. 不可抗力 Force Majeure
倘若由於「不可抗力」(包括但不限於戰爭、暴亂、惡劣天氣、火災、水災、瘟疫或任何 Hohome Design Limited 合理控制範圍以外之事由)致使本公司無法履行本條款內嘅責任,本公司喺受影響範圍內豁免履行該等責任,亦無須因此負上任何責任。
If the Company's performance is prevented by force majeure events (war, riot, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, etc.), the Company is excused to the extent of such prevention and shall have no liability.
8. 責任限制 Limitation of Liability
- 在任何情況下,本公司不會賠償客戶任何有形或無形嘅損失,包括但不限於精神、時間或金錢上嘅損失。
- 處理方式僅限於售後維護、更換貨件或積極跟進。
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any tangible or intangible losses (including mental, time, or financial losses). Remedies are limited to after-sales support, replacement, or follow-up handling.
9. 完整協議 Entire Agreement
本條款連同客戶所獲嘅訂單或報價單,構成雙方之完整協議,取代任何先前之口頭或書面承諾、協議或理解。未於訂單/報價單明確列出嘅項目或服務,均不視為已包含或免費提供。
These Terms together with the order/quotation constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior oral or written promises. Any item or service not expressly listed shall not be deemed included or free.
10. 個人私隱 Privacy
有關本公司如何收集、使用及保護個人資料,請參閱 私隱政策 Privacy Policy。
11. 條款修訂 Amendments
本公司可能不時修訂本條款而無須另行通知;最新版本會於本網頁刊載,自刊載後即時生效。繼續使用本公司嘅服務即表示接受修訂後嘅條款。
The Company may amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice; the latest version posted on this page takes effect immediately and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
12. 最終決定權 Final Interpretation
本公司對本條款擁有最終解釋權。Our company reserves the right of final interpretation.
13. 管轄法律 Governing Law
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並據以解釋。任何爭議應交由香港法院專屬管轄。These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
